Terpiłowski jewellery chain stores are a family business which has been present on the local market for many years. Due to the appearance of many new shopping malls and expansion of big, international jewellery chain stores, Terpiłowski started to experience major drawbacks. The company had to build its brand and take action which included modern technologies.
We took over the marketing duties of the company. We prepared a new web site, used the social media and created online advert campaigns. We also looked after all offline promotional endeavours: billboard and newspaper campaigns, events (trade fair, opening of new stores, holiday promotions, contests), production of folders, leaflets and banners. We also created a few apps and dedicated web sites for certain promotional events.
Terpiłowski has become a well-known and trusted brand which started to compete with other jewellery chain stores in Poland. We have succeeded in building a wide spectrum of loyal consumers who eagerly visit the stores and we have also managed to increase sales of products.
